VrayFastSSS2: More Info About SSS (sub-surface scattering) in Vray

This video comes to us from evermotion, which is an incredible site for 3d resources, specifically 3d architectural visualization. This video is over 20 minutes long, and it goes over all the settings one would need in order to get nice translucency and sss effects using Vray. You will see that it is much like the video I posted last week with the marble material using VrayFastSSS. This video will give you even more insight into the various settings, and give you a good idea of how to use them. As always, my marbel material is available for download HERE. Check that out too if you haven't already. Overall, the simple and fast SSS shaders in Vray are a huge advantage that Vray has over other render engines. Per usual, Vray delivers an amazingly simple, but powerful solution that renders fast. Those are all the things you should be looking for in a render engine. Enjoy the video, and happy sub-surface scattering.
